Mulki: School children foil kidnapping attempt

Mulki, February 11, 2025: In a shocking incident, a group of miscreants who arrived by a car attempted to kidnap students of a local English medium school. However the miscreants took to their heels after the children managed to run away towards the school and informed the principal. The incident that took place a few days ago has come to light of late.

It is learnt, the miscreants were waiting in a car outside the school and tried to lure the children with chocolates. When the children refused one of them wielded a knife. However the children mustered courage and ran towards the school and informed the principal.

When the principal and other staff rushed outside the assailants had escaped. The Mulki police were later informed and a complaint filed.

The incident has worried the parents who are urging the police to trace the accused at the earliest.
