RE-EXAMINATION DETAILS

The NTA, which released the re-exam results late Sunday night, organised the retest for students who were previously awarded grace marks. A total of 813 out of 1,563 students appeared for the re-exam at seven centres located in Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Haryana, and Meghalaya.

ORIGINAL SCORES AND REVISED RESULTS

Candidates who choose not to retake the exam will retain their original scores without the grace marks. Previously, six students from a centre in Haryana scored a perfect 720 out of 720, but none achieved full marks in the re-exam. Consequently, the number of top scorers has officially decreased to 61 from 67.

The NTA stated, “Revised Scorecards of all Candidates for NEET(UG) 2024, including those who appeared in the Re-Test on June 23, 2024, are now available on the website (https://exams.nta.ac.in/NEET/). Candidates can log in to view, download, and print their revised Scorecards.”

The NEET UG 2024 results for the 813 candidates who took the re-exam have been published. The number of toppers has decreased from 67 to 61 following the re-exam, and a revised merit list will be available soon on exams.nta.ac.in.
