Mangaluru, February 17, 2025: A dynamic team from NMAM Institute of Technology (NMAMIT), Nitte, showcased their Event Management System before a panel of industry experts on February 15, 2025, at A1 Logics, Takshila Building, Mangalore. The session provided valuable insights into bridging academic innovations with real-world applications.

Mr. Praveen Udupa, Founder & Technical Director of A1 Logics, welcomed the attendees and introduced the company’s expertise in web development, ERP solutions, SEO, and automation technologies. Dr. Shashank Shetty highlighted NMAMIT’s academic excellence, industry collaborations, emphasizing the importance of industry feedback in refining student projects.

Student lead Mr. Satwik R Prabhu demonstrated key features of the Event Management Portal, including the jury portal and main dashboard, while Mr. Shishir Karkera presented the Capture platform. Industry experts Mr. Prashant B Shetty (Director, Business), Ms. Shilpa Mulki (Project Manager), Mr. Gautham Nayak (Technical Head), and Mr. Gurudatt Shukla (Conference Manager) provided critical feedback, advising the team to generalize the app for broader commercialization, integrate AI-driven features, and enhance scalability beyond college fests. Mr. Udupa encouraged the students to refine the platform for market readiness.

About Event Management System:

The Event Management System is a comprehensive digital platform designed to streamline the management of college fests and technical events. It features seamless event registration, team formation, real-time participant tracking, score judging system and automated scheduling, ensuring efficient and engaging event coordination.

The Event Management System was developed by a dynamic team of students from NMAMIT across various disciplines, under the mentorship of Dr. Shashank Shetty, Assistant Professor, CSE.
