Mangaluru, December 18, 2024: Renowned dance teacher and director of Natyalaya, Urwa, Kamala Bhat passed away on Tuesday night.
Kamala Bhat who was the recipient of Karnataka Kalashree Award of Karnataka Sangeetha Nritya Academy had nurtured the Natyalaya institution since the past 45 years.
She had also won the DK District Rajyotsava Award, Udupi Pejawar Mutt Award among other awards and accolades.
