Mangaluru, Sept 7, 2023: Anupam Agarwal took charge as the new Police Commissioner of Mangaluru on September 7, Thursday. Outgoing Commissioner Kuldeep Kumar R Jain handed over charge to him.

Speaking after assuming charge, Anupam Agarwal, promised to carry forward the campaign aimed at making Mangaluru drugs-free. He hailed the good efforts put in by the outgoing Commissioner in this direction. He assured to carry forward the initiative with the co-operation of officials.

The new Commissioner also assured stern action against those resorting to immoral policing.

DCPs Dinesh Kumar, Siddarth Goyal were present.
