Mangaluru, Oct 07, 2022: A new born baby was found abandoned on the road side near the Cashew Development Centre at Kapikad Ambika Road near Thokkottu on October 6, Thursday. Ullal police have registered a case as per the complaint lodged by a person named Amar.
Amar who is a resident of Thokkottu Kapikad, heard a baby’s cries and on search found the infant under a parked car, wrapped in a white cloth.
He immediately alerted the neighbours who rushed the baby to Wenlock Hospital.
