New building of Central Research Facility inaugurated at NIT-K, Suratkal

Mangaluru, Oct 15, 2022: Union Minister for Education, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Dharmendra Pradhan inaugurated the new building of Central Research Facility (CRF) and School of Interdisciplinary Studies at NIT-K Suratkal on October 15, Saturday.

Speaking on the occasion, he said Indian IITs have earned acclaim at the international field for their quality education. Institutions like NITK are vital for the nation’s ability to face global challenges, he said and exuded confidence that India would be able to open IITs abroad in the next two years.

MP Nalin Kumar Kateel, MLA Bharath Shetty, NITK Director (in-charge) Prof. Prasad Krishna, CRF Chairman, Prof. M N Satya, Registrar Ravindranath and others were present.
