Nitte signs MoU with KAIJO Corporation, Japan

Mangaluru, April 12, 2023: Nitte (Deemed to be University) signed an MoU with KAIJO Corporation, Japan on the 11th of April 2023. As per this MoU, Kaijo Corporation (a leading Semiconductor equipment manufacturing company) and the group company of Shibuya Corporation decided to hire IT, graduates from Nitte University. Kaijo will continue to hire electronic design freshers and mechanical engineering freshers in the coming years. Both parties agreed to have employment opportunities for Engineering graduates, Internships and training, Centre of Excellence (CoE) and Joint R&D with Nitte faculties. 

 

KAIJO was represented by Tetsuo Oikawa, Representative Director & President (CEO), and Hidenori Sasahara-MD & General Manager, Japan. Sri N V Hegde, Chancellor, Prof. M. Shantharam Shetty and Sri Vishal Hegde Pro-Chancellors, Dr. Satheesh Kumar Bhandary, Vice-Chancellor, Dr. M.S. Moodithaya, Pro Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Harsha Halahalli, Registrar, Dr. Niranjan Chiplunkar, Principal, NMAMIT and from the Nitte University were present. Prof. Harikrishna Bhat, Director, International Collaborations (Asia-Pacific Region), Nitte (DU), Ms. Yasuko Sato, Executive Asst., Japan Collaborations, Nitte (DU) facilitated the program.
