Padubidri, Nov 04, 2023: A young bike rider lost his life after a tanker ran over him as soon as he fell off his bike which rammed into the rear of a stationed bus near the Padubidri bus stand, on the NH 66 on Friday evening.

The deceased is Prajwal of Kanchinadka. A bus which was on way to Mangaluru had halted at the bus stand to drop passengers when the bike which Prajwal was riding hit the bus from behind. As soon as Prajwal fell down, a tanker ran over him killing him on the spot.

Padubidri police are investigating the case.
