Parthi Subba Award winner Ambatanaya Mudradi no more

Udupi, Feb 21, 2023: Veteran poet, Yakshagana arthadhari, harikatha artiste, scholar and retired teacher Mudradi Keshava Shettigar who was popularly known as Ambatanaya Mudradi passed away at his residence at Mudradi on February 21, Tuesday. He was 87 years old and is survived by his wife, two sons and four daughters.
Ambatanaya Mudradi had won many awards including Rajyotsava Award, Kannada Shree Award, Ninjur Award, Mattu Govardhan Ravi Award, Polali Shastri Award and Parthi Subba Award.
