Mangaluru, Sep 03, 2022: A pedestrian who was walking on the roadside was fatally knocked down by a lorry on September 3, Saturday morning near the Kallaup market.

 

Niyaz


The deceased is Niyaz (48), a resident of Bengre. Niyaz worked in the Kallaup market and was walking towards his place of work at around 4.10 am when the mishap took place. It is learnt, the tyre of the lorry burst resulting in the accident.

Mangaluru South Traffic Police have registered a case.
