Pilikula Nisargadhama attracts 325 foreign tourists

Mangalore, Apr 15, 2012: A group of over 325 foreign tourists from Arab countries, Canada, Africa, Mexico, and USA visited Pilikula Nisargadhama on April 12 Friday. 

They were presented hands on experience of various crafts at the artisan village. 

 

 

 

 

The tourists, who appreciated the work done by Pilikula Nisargadhama to conserve the culture and heritage of the region, discussed various issues with the workers. They also interacted with the officers and staff of Pilikula Nisargadhama. 

Bhaskar, the administrative officer; Parameshwar Adiga, the project officer of the artisan village; IPPO Vivek Nambiar; Ramakrishna Marate, the scientific officer; and other officials of Pilikula Nisargadhama also interacted with the tourists.
