Prostitution racket in apartment: Manipal cops arrest 2

Manipal, January 6, 2025: Manipal police have arrested a man and a woman for running a prostitution racket in an apartment at Perampalli near Manipal.
Those arrested are Raghunandan (40) from Koppa in Chikkamagaluru district and Ameena Begum (55) from Davangere. A woman of Bengaluru origin who was in the apartment has been rescued.
The raid followed a tip off. Presently the police are on the lookout for the main accused Ravish who hailed from Hirisave in Hassan district.
