Puttur, February 20, 2025: A 13 year old boy has ended his life by hanging himself at his house in Tannirpanta village on February 18, Tuesday night.
The deceased boy is Shravan, son of Dombayya Gowda. He was a seventh standard student of a private school in Uppinangady.
It is learnt, Shravan was cheerful on Tuesday night and had even enjoyed chicken curry during dinner. He had also saved a part of the chicken curry for next day and had even plucked flowers for the prayers.
However he reportedly ended life by hanging using a rope after his mother fell asleep. The reason behind the suicide is not known.
