Puttur, August 20, 2024: A two-wheeler rider sustained serious injuries in a wild boar attack at Kurunja Mannapu near Kaudicharu of Ariyadka village on Tuesday morning.
The injured two-wheeler rider Dhanush (30) has been hospitalized. Dhanush who works as a manager at a petrol bunk at Kumbra as usual was on his way to work in his two-wheeler when the wild boar which appeared on the road all of a sudden pounced on his vehicle.
Dhanush was thrown off guard and he fell on the road when the boar attacked him and injured his hand and other parts of the body.
He has been admitted to Puttur Government Hospital.
