Repaired old Kulur bridge inaugurated

Mangaluru, May 21, 2020:   The old bridge at Kulur which has been repaired using  micro-contrast  technology was symbolically inaugurated by Dakshina Kannada MP Nalin Kumar Kateel on May 20. The cost of the bridge repair has been estimated at Rs 38 lakhs.

On this occasion, Nalin said the old bridge was repaired to ensure free movement of vehicles as it would otherwise cause great inconvenience to motorists if the  new bridge was constructed without repairing the old one.  He also assured that steps would be taken to build the new bridge at the earliest.

Mangaluru North MLA Dr Bharath Shetty, NHAI officer Shishu Mohan and others were present.
