Sahyadri conducts awareness programme on the benefits of drinking water at Govt school

Mangaluru, Feb 28,2020 dhns: Under the banner of Unnat Bharath Abhiyan, Sahyadri College of Engineering and Management conducted an awareness programme on the benefits of drinking water at the Government Primary School at Adyar Padau.

Free water bottles were distributed among all the students. Videos on the importance of drinking water were shown and fun-learning activities were conducted to create awareness among the students.

Dr Srinivasa Rao Kunte, principal of Sahyadri College, addressed the students and encouraged them to inculcate the habit of drinking water every day.

Importance of staying fit

Dr Rajesha S, Dean-Academics, interacted with the students and explained how water can help students stay fit. Headmistress and staff of the school appreciated the initiative and thanked the Sahyadri Management.
