Senior Congress leader Vinaykumar Sorake files nomination from Kaup

Udupi, April 19, 2023: Senior Congress leader Vinaykumar Sorake filed his nomination from Kaup constituency on April 18, Tuesday.

Prior to filing his nomination, Sorake visited temples in Kaup and offered pooja. Later he went in a rally upto the Kaup Taluk Office to file his nomination.

Hundreds of party workers participated in the rally. Udupi’s Congress candidate Prasadraj Kanchan, Udupi District Congress President Ashok Kumar Kodavoor, M A Gafur and other party leaders were present.

Addressing the people who participated in the rally, Sorake highlighted various developmental works that need to be taken up in Kaup and also said he was happy to file nomination at the Taluk Saudha which was constructed during his tenure as MLA.
