St Theresa School students science exhibition attracts visitors

Mangaluru, Jan 12, 2020: St Theresa School Bendur, managed by Bethany Education Society (BES) held an exhibition January 11, 2020, Saturday which attracted much interest, the students were the source material which gave then a hands-on exposure to many aspects of science . The exhibition based on principles of physics like Hydraulics, mechanics, and the like for over bridges, lifts, earth movers, relocating huge trees, sensors for water alarms,  and many more such interesting concepts by models that were  presented by the students of class 8.

Through this experience students inculcated a scientific approach and attitude with an orientation to mindfulness in  research, which helps  the students to
understand the cognitive, effective and psycho-motor aspects of the task as they progress.

The primary section exhibited ‘Best out of Waste’ while the entire school exhibited their art work. Sr Philomene, the Principal and Sr Lourdes, the Vice Principal, teachers, staff, parents and many appreciated the work of the students and the idea behind the expo.
