The protestors shouted slogans against the City Corporation and alleged that the operation was discriminatory as some stalls inside the service bus stand were not evicted. They also said the Mayor by acting against the street vendors is now on a jolly trip in the name of study. They said the MCC Commissioner’s assurance to stop the operation proved false as the eviction drive continued for the fifth day.
