Sullia: Gram Panchayat member dies in road accident

Sullia, July 22, 2024: In an accident between a two-wheeler and a bus near Suttukote in Sonangeri this morning, the two-wheeler rider lost his life.
The deceased has been identified as Ramachandra Prabhu (65), a member of Nellur Kemraje Gram Panchayat and a pigmy collector.
The accident occurred when Ramachandra Prabhu was riding his two-wheeler towards Sullia and collided with a KSRTC bus heading to Subrahmanya near Suttukote. Despite being rushed to the hospital with serious injuries, Ramachandra Prabhu succumbed to his injuries on the way.
He is survived by his wife and a son.
