Mangaluru, Aug 6, 2020: The Karnataka government has given a go ahead for four projects including a project by Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) that will be set up in the coastal region.
The four projects totaling Rs 556 crore is a boost for economic activity in undivided Dakshina Kannada amid the COVID-19 outbreak.
Out of these four projects biggest investment of about Rs 500 crore will be made by Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), which will set up an ITescen- treat Karnad village.
TCS, which will set up an ITescen- treat Karnad village will provide employment to over 4,000 when fully functional. The TCS center will come upon a 38-acre land parcel.
