Tulu movie “Brahmashree Narayana Guru Swamy” released in theatres

Mangalore, May 02, 2014: The much awaited Tulu film on the great social reformer –“Brahmashree Narayana Guru Swamy” has hit the silver screens. The  movie produced under the banner ‘Tungabhadra Films’ was released at the Jyothi Theatre in the city on May 2, Friday by Kalyani, mother of Rajashekhar Kotian, the Director of the film.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Rajashekhar Kotian said this was his first directorial venture and requested people to watch the film and encourage the film industry. Apart from Jyothi Theatre, the film will be screened in four other theatres in Mangalore and Udupi.

Mulky Chandrashekar Suvarna, story writer of the film, Shivakripa Kasargod, Ravi Poojari, TA Srinivas, Peetambara Peraje and others were present.

Sweets were also distributed to the gathering as part of the screening of the film.
