Udupi, Jan 14, 2022: Three staff of the Udupi Urban Development Authority including an engineer and two officers were arrested by the Anti-Corruption Bureau officials on Thursday for placing demand for bribe to provide commercial licence.
Those arrested are engineer Guruprasad, officers Nayima Sayeed and Prasad.
A team of officials including ACB SP Simon, DySP P Manjunath had raided the office. A cash of Rs 2.5 lakh was seized during the raid.
