Udupi, May 28, 2023: On Saturday, May 27, a container truck lost control and collided with a concrete mixer truck near Udyavar bridge in Forest Gate.

The collision resulted in severe damage to the front section of the truck.

Brave individuals made strenuous efforts to rescue the trapped lorry driver from the wreckage. The unfortunate incident occurred on NH 66 within the jurisdiction of Kaup police station.

Regrettably, the lorry driver sustained critical injuries as a result of the accident. Furthermore, the incident led to a significant traffic congestion in the area.
