Udupi: Serial mishap near Thenka Ermal; minor injuries to drivers

Udupi, January 30, 2025: A serial mishap involving two cars and a school bus on the National Highway 66 near Thenka Ermal on January 29, Wednesday evening resulted in minor injuries to the drivers of the three vehicles. Luckily there were no students in the school bus when the mishap took place.

A car on way to Udupi from Mangaluru knocked down a woman and overturned on the middle of the road. Soon after, a school bus which was returning after dropping off students and was on way to Kaup rammed into the overturned car. The school bus too jumped the divider and overturned on the other side of the road. An Innova car too rammed into the car disrupting traffic on the route.
