Ujire: Car Crashes into Divider; Young Entrepreneur Dies

Belthnagady, June 29, 2024: A tragic accident occurred in Ujire early on Saturday morning, where a car lost control at high speed and crashed into a divider, resulting in the death of a young entrepreneur.

The deceased has been identified as 35-year-old Prajwal Nayak, a resident of Belthangady. He was critically injured in the accident and was immediately rushed to a hospital in Mangalore with the help of locals. Despite receiving medical treatment, he succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.

The accident took place around 4 AM when the car, traveling from College Road to Belthangady, collided with a streetlight pole on the divider. The impact was so severe that the front part of the car was completely mangled, and one of the electric poles was uprooted.

Prajwal Nayak, the son of Pramod R. Nayak, owner of Prajwal Complex in Belthangady, was also an entrepreneur and owned a gaming shop in D.M. Gowda Complex in Ujire.
