Unity Hospital gets prestigious NABH accreditation

Mangaluru, Jan 18, 2021: Unity Hospital, one of the premier private healthcare facility of Mangaluru has been granted full accreditation by the National Accreditation Board for Hospitals and Healthcare Providers (NABH). The prestigious Accreditation has come into effect from December 2020 and will be valid upto December 2023.

This certification  from NABH is a recognition of the strict standards  maintained by the Hospital with respect to patient safety and quality of care  as well as the facilities and services  provided by it.

Unity Hospital  which was founded in the year 1978 under the dynamic leadership of its Chairman and Medical Director Dr C P Habeeb Rahman considers this NABH accreditation as a milestone achievement. He has said that the Accreditation strengthens the vision  and mission of the  hospital – "To be recognised, respected  and be the most preferred healthcare service provider,"  and  "To provide patients with quality healthcare services in a caring, comfortable and safe environment."

A total of 725 hospitals in the country have so far received this accreditation and Unity is one of them.
