Vittal : Shop owner booked under POCSO for sexually harassing minor

Mangaluru, August 14, 2024: A POCSO case has been registered against a shop owner in Vittal on the charges of sexually harassing a minor girl.
As per the complaint, the shop owner Ashraf harassed the nine year old girl when she had come to his shop near Vittal Kuddupadavu to make some purchase.
Following the incident, the family of the girl had lodged a complaint at Vittal police station.
