Wear masks, follow Covid guidelines, DC tells people

Mangaluru, Dec 26, 2022: Dakshina Kannada Deputy Commissioner Ravikumar M R has asked people to wear masks particularly in crowded places as a precautionary measure in view of the rising Covid cases in China, US  and other nations.

 

There is a need to exercise caution during the New Year celebration and  masks must be worn while visiting pubs, bars, restaurants, cinema halls, shopping malls, and while travelling. All those eligible must  take the precautionary dose of Covid-19 vaccine, he said adding those facing breathing issues or having Covid-19 symptoms must voluntarily get themselves tested and then avail treatment.

All guidelines to be issued by  the government has to be mandatorily followed, the Deputy Commissioner has said.
