17-Year-Old PU Student Goes Missing in Farangipete

Mangaluru, Feb 26, 2025: A 17-year-old second-year pre-university student from Mangaluru has been reported missing under mysterious circumstances.

The missing teenager, identified as Diganth, is the son of Padmanabha, a resident of Kidebetto near Farangipete. According to his family, Diganth had informed them on the evening of February 25 that he was going to a temple. However, he neither visited the temple nor returned home.

During the search, his shoes and mobile phone were found near the railway tracks close to his residence.

A case has been registered at the Bantwal Rural police station and an investigation is underway.
