2 youth critically injured as speeding bus hits bike at Hosabettu

Mangaluru, Sept 18, 2023: Two youngsters who were waiting on their two-wheeler to cross the road near the divider at Hosabettu in Suratkal, sustained serious injuries when a speeding bus rammed into their bike on September 17, Sunday.

The injured are Arafat (19) from Pakshikere and Mohammad Shaheel (20) from Haleyangady. The bus was on way to Udupi from Mangaluru.

The accident has been captured on CCTV and points out to the negligent driving on the part of the bus driver.

Mangaluru North Police have registered a case.
