20 Expert students clear National Defence Academy, Indian Naval Academy entrance exam

Mangaluru, September 23, 2024: Twenty students of Expert Pre-University College of Mangaluru have achieved success in the written examination conducted by the Union Public Service Commission for admission to the National Defence Academy and Indian Naval Academy.

Students who have emerged successful in the examination are as follows: Ashish Siddanna Havannavar, Bhuvan G, Chandrahasa Praanjal S G, Dhiren A Shetty, Gokul G S, Karan Nekar, Krrish S, Kushal Hatti, Lakshya L Pujar, Manvith S, Nikhil Sonnad, Pooja, Prajwal Bhat, Pranav M Maramannavar, Pranav M P,  Preetam Somashekhar Kori, Rohan G, S P Dushyanth Jain, Saish Shravan Pandit and Shubith Dandamudi.

The Union Public Service Commission conducts entrance tests for admission to the National Defence Academy and Indian Naval Academy twice a year. The entrance tests are the gateway for the candidates who wish to join the Indian Army, Naval force and Air Force.

“As many as 20 students of a single institute succeeding in this exam conducted by UPSC is a great achievement. All the successful students deserve commendation,” said Prof. Narendra L Nayak, Chairman of Expert group of institutions.
