After Parish Priest tests Covid positive, devotees barred from visiting Mother of Sorrows Church

Udupi, Aug 24, 2020:     In the wake of the parish priest of Mother of Sorrows Church of Udupi testing positive for Covid-19, the Church management has barred  devotees from visiting the church upto August 31 as a precautionary measure.

 

The Parish Priest  who was been tested positive is presently undergoing treatment at Manipal Hospital.

The entry of public to the Bishop House has also been barred. The Bishop of Udupi Diocese in a circular to all churches  has requested  not to meet him until August 31.
