Attack on Madarasa student: Probe proves boy cooked up story

Suratkal, July 01, 2022: The recent complaint lodged with the Suratkal police stating that a boy who was returning from the Madarasa was attacked by two strangers who came by a bike, has turned out to be false during investigation.

 

It has now come to light that the boy who has lagging behind in studies had cooked up the story.

The boy, a sixth standard student,  is the son of a Katipalla resident. The  boy’s family had lodged a complaint after hearing about the alleged incident from him.

Police too had taken up the case seriously as it had taken place in a communally sensitive area. Now it has come to light that the boy had torn his shirt using a pen and had then cooked up the story.

It has been gathered that the boy who was lagging behind in studies did not have friends in school and also  the poverty at home too had disturbed him.
