Bantwal: 13 year old boy drowns in Netravathi river

Bantwal, Jan 19, 2024: A 13 year old boy has drowned in the Netravathi river at Navoora on January 18, Thursday evening.

 

The deceased boy is Prajwal Nayak (13) of Kodibailu in Navoora village. The mishap occurred when Prajwal along with his friends had been to the river side at Nekkilaru in Navoora village. It is learnt, he slipped and fell into the river.

Though he was immediately brought out from the water by local diving experts, his life could not be saved.
