Bantwal: Fire breaks out in gas cylinder; One injured

Bantwal, February 11, 2025: A fire broke out due to a gas cylinder leak in a house at Subhash Nagar, Sajipamooda village, resulting in the destruction of household belongings and injuring one person.

The fire started in the house of Ganesh, a resident of Subhash Nagar. While attempting to extinguish the flames, Ganesh sustained injuries to his hand. Later, the Bantwal fire department arrived and successfully doused the fire.

A gas geyser and fridge were completely burned, with an estimated loss of around ₹75,000.
