Belthangady: Bike rider dies in collision with tipper

Belthangady, April 14, 2025: A bike rider died on the spot in a collision between his bike and a tipper at Ratnagiri on the Guruvayanakere-Uppinangady road in Kuvettu village of Belthangady taluk on Monday morning.

The deceased is Upendra (29) from Tirthahalli. The pillion rider Mohan (29) of Kaniyoor sustained minor injuries.

Both Upendra and Mohan worked in a private firm and  Upendra was heading towards Uppinangady to drop Mohan when tragedy struck.

Belthangady Police have registered a case.
