Belthangady: College student dies in road mishap

Belthangady, Feb 20, 2023: A 19 year old college student lost his life after his two-wheeler was knocked down by a pick-up vehicle at Kokrady on February 20, Monday morning.

 

The deceased is Ujwal Hegde. He was on way to his college at Moodbidri when tragedy struck. The pick-up vehicle was heading towards Belthangady.
It has been alleged that the pick-up driver Harish Poojary was driving his vehicle in a negligent manner. Though Ujwal was immediately rushed to the hospital, he had breathed his last by then.

Venoor police have registered a case.
