Bishop dedicates renovated Our Lady of Fatima Church at Peruvai

Bantwal, May 14, 2014 : Rev. Dr Aloysius Paul D’Souza, Bishop of Mangalore Diocese inaugurated the renovated Our Lady of Fatima Church at Peruvai Muchirapadavu  on May 13, Tuesday.

 

 

 

 

Blessing the occasion, the Bishop said there will be peace and harmony in the society when each and every devout individual prays to the Almighty with a true heart.

He further said Our Lady of Fatima Church could be renovated as people have joined hands in the project.

 ’Fathimacho Dongor’ a souvenir brought out to commemorate the occasion, was released by the Bishop.

Fr Andrew D’Costa, Parish Priest of the Church, donors and all those who assisted in the renovation of the Church were honoured at the ceremony.

Fr Gerald D’Souza, Vicar of Puttur, Pravina Cutinha, Church Parish Council Secretary, Victor ‘Souza, Vice President and others were present on the occasion.
