Body of Uttar Pradesh native found on Kulai beach

Surathkal, January 4, 2025: The body of a man, originally from Uttar Pradesh, was reportedly found on the Chitrapura Kulai beach on Friday evening.

The deceased has been identified as Muhammad Qureshi (35).

According to the police, the identification was made based on certain documents found in the pocket of the deceased’s pants.

There is suspicion that he may have drowned while swimming in the sea or taken his own life for some reason. A case has been registered at the Surathkal police station.
