Body of a missing woman found near Netravati River

Bantwal: September 5, 2015: A woman who went missing after she went to a bank to pay the money was found dead on Saturday in Netravati River in Bantwal.

The deceased has been identified as Sharada, wife of Sathish from Kabalabettu.

On September 3, 2015, Sharada had gone for a bank along with her 1.6 yr old baby to pay the amount in Pariyaltadka. Since then both were missing and did not return home.

The family members then filed a missing complaint at the police station.

The locals on Saturday found a body of a woman near Netravathi River and soon informed it to the police.

The police arrived at the spot and began their investigation. It was verified that found out that dead body is of Sharada’s. The police with the help of locals pulled out the body from the river.
