Brahmavar: Woman dies, 4 injured as car rams into tree

Brahmavar, February 6, 2025: A woman died and four others suffered serious injuries after the car in which they were travelling went out of control of the driver and rammed into a tree at Kadur in Kokkarne.

The deceased woman is Jayalakshmi (68) from Beejady. The injured Ramachandra Bhat, Prema, Mangala and Sujatha have been admitted to a hospital in Manipal.

The car was on way to Mandarthi from Kabbinale when the mishap took place.

Brahmavar police have registered a case.
