Brahmavar lock-up death case: Family seeks justice from Kerala CM

Mangaluru, November 27, 2024: In connection with the alleged lock-up death at Brahmavar police station on November 9, the family of the deceased Biju Mon has lodged a complaint with Kerala Chief Minister seeking an investigation.

The family has expressed suspicion over the cause of the death of Biju Mon. The family has also written to the CID inspector in Bengaluru seeking justice in the case.

Though police had stated that he collapsed to death, the injury marks on Biju’s body gave room for suspicion. Presently CID is investigating  the case.

The family has  alleged that the police have tried to project this lock-up death case  as a case of unnatural death.
