Byndoor: Vehicle transporting cattle overturns; driver flees from the scene

Byndoor, November 16, 2024: An incident occurred near Shirur Karikatte where an insulated vehicle, allegedly transporting fish at high speed, overturned. However, it was discovered that cattle were being transported instead of fish.

On Thursday night, the mini insulated vehicle was carrying trays of fish as a cover, with bulls being transported in the middle. While traveling from Bhatkal towards Byndoor, the vehicle overturned near Karikatte Durgaambika Hall.

The driver immediately fled the scene. A case has been registered at the Byndoor police station, and efforts are underway to apprehend the accused.
