COVID-19: 19 test +ve in Dakshina Kannada, 5 in Udupi on Saturday

Mangaluru, July 17, 2022: Dakshina Kannada district reported 19 cases of Covid-19, with a test positivity rate of 1.7% on Saturday. The district has 54 active cases.

The total number of positive cases in the Dakshina Kannada district has rose to 1,36,017. 7 patients were discharged on July 16. The death toll in the district so far stands at 1,852.

Meanwhile, Udupi district reported five fresh cases, with a test positivity rate of 1.9%. The district has 25 active cases, stated a release.
