Customs officials at MIA seize Rs 31 lakh worth gold hidden in milk powder packet

Mangaluru, July 04, 2022: Gold worth Rs 31,31,440 and weighing 602.200 grams which was concealed in the form of a paste inside a milk powder packet, was seized from a passenger who arrived from Dubai.

 

The  passenger who was taken into custody for smuggling gold, hails from Kasargod.
