Derla’s new book on agricultural challenges released

Mangalore, April 28: A. S. Anand, the president of Savayava Krishi Mission, released Narendra Rai Derla’s book titled “Hasiru Krishiya Nittusirugalu” on April 28, Thursday at the Press Club.

 

 

 

 

 

Speaking about the book, A. S. Anand said that the book deals with the sufferings of farmers and the bond they share with their land. The book comprises a number of informative articles that enhance its value. 

Declaring that he will continue his work of protecting agriculture, he said that farmers work hard on their land, which rewards them with happiness and strength. The village should therefore be preserved if the country is to the preserved, he added.

 

 

 

The book is dedicated to a couple of engineers who settled in Gujarath and devoted their time to agriculture.

M. Mohan Alva, the president of Alva’s Education Trust, presided over the event. Kalloor Nagesh and Narendra Rai Derla were also present.
