Dheemahi- a young scientist in the making

Udupi, July 7,2017 :Dheemahi of Kinnimulki has been  selected for the MS-PhD  integrated course at the prestigious Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Research in Bengaluru. She is the only student selected for the course from the state from among the eight students selected nationwide.

Dheemahi  had completed her BSc last year from Poorna Prajna College, Udupi.

Dheemahi had even participated in the Summer School at Kanpur IIT and is presently part of the Summer  Research Project in Bengaluru.

She was selected for the five year Integrated MS-PhD after appearing for JAM exams.

Dheemahi is the daughter of  Prof. Prasad Rao,  lecturer  in Tenkanadiyoor College and Bhagyalakshmi, lecturer in Shankerpura PU College.
