Diesel tanker overturns near Kalladka

Bantwal, January 15, 2025: Traffic was affected for some time after a diesel tanker overturned and diesel began to leak at Kudrebettu near Kalladka on the Mangaluru-Bengaluru National Highway on January 14, Tuesday.

The tanker driver escaped without any injuries. The vehicle was on way to Chennai from Mangaluru when the driver moved on the wrong direction on the Kalladka service road. Soon it overturned and and diesel began to leak from a small hole in the tanker. Later the tanker was lifted with the help of a crane.
